“I haven’t been notified of anything, but I have an injunction. Thank you very much,” the host said when questioned about the matter.

Uriel noted that the mention of an injunction without prior notification seemed “very strange.”

Origin of the Conflict Between Guardia and Infante
Tension between the two began after statements made by Infante that Maribel Guardia considered deeply offensive. In September 2025, the actress said she was forced to request a restraining order after hearing comments that affected her personally.
“When someone takes things to such a personal level and offends you as deeply as he did, it becomes important to put a stop to it,” she said at the time.
Among what she deemed unacceptable was a remark with sexual connotation involving her son.
“The things he said about me were very ugly, including one where he said he would never leave me his son, but added: ‘the older one, yes I’d leave him,’ with a sexual connotation that made no sense,” Guardia said. This prompted her to seek legal protection for herself and her family.

The information shared also indicates that Infante will be required to remove all mentions of Maribel Guardia or her husband from his social media. He must also delete any content about them from his YouTube channel.
