Among the released material, there is reportedly a recording in which he expresses a desire to have a child with the journalist.
Some entertainment programs even aired images of alleged intimate video calls.
Meanwhile, Ana Bárbara has avoided addressing the issue and has focused on promoting her music and projects.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that Muñoz may have left the Beverly Hills residence they shared.
The Deportation Rumor Following Ana Bárbara
The controversy took another turn when journalist Javier Ceriani claimed on his YouTube channel that Muñoz may be under investigation in the United States.
According to him, the businessman could be linked to activities involving the illegal entry of migrants.
Ceriani also stated that the singer “is not a U.S. citizen, while he is.”
“He could be safe; she could not. If Ana Bárbara files for divorce, and if her residency was obtained through marriage, what will happen to that residency?” he said.
These statements intensified the spread of Ana Bárbara deportation rumors.
Unconfirmed Claims and Additional Allegations
The commentator added: “As soon as she files for divorce, she could lose her spousal residency rights in the United States.”
He also claimed that Muñoz “was smart enough not to help her obtain citizenship.”
At another point, he raised a question that further fueled controversy: “Will Ángel Muñoz turn in the queen?”
He also suggested that the businessman allegedly has sensitive information about the artist, though none of these claims have been confirmed by authorities.
