THEY ORDERED HIS EXTRADITION

A Miami court ordered his arrest and extradition from West Palm Beach to face charges of sexual assault.
As well as armed kidnapping, attempted robbery by sudden snatching, grand theft, and assault, as detailed in the court report.
The new scandal came to light after his arrest warrant was leaked, where a woman accuses him of kidnapping her outside an apartment building.
The building was located on the 1700 block of Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami, and then taking her to Palm Beach County, where she was sexually assaulted, authorities said.
EVERYTHING WAS RECORDED

According to the police report, the abduction was captured on the security cameras of the residential area and witnessed by a friend of the victim, who was accompanying her at the time.
The 33-year-old Hispanic man stopped a gray Honda Passport in front of the women, then forced his former partner into his truck, pulling her by the hair, details the arrest warrant.
Once in the vehicle, Sierra Hernández drove to a gas station to buy two beers, then to his cousin’s house supposedly to get marijuana.
Finally, he took his victim to a dark location and raped her, as stated in the report presented in court.
THEY MANAGED TO RESCUE THE VICTIM

Thankfully, due to her companion’s report, the woman was able to contact Miami detectives, who subsequently rescued her from the Cuban man.
The singer, with the assistance of his current partner, intended to coerce her into saying that she was fine when the officers approached her, as detailed in the official report.
Miami police detectives transported the victim to the Roxcy Bolton Rape Treatment Center.
The alleged kidnapper was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight (TGK) Jail in Miami-Dade.
WHAT HAPPENED?

According to the warrant, detectives reviewed surveillance footage that corroborated the victim’s statements about the kidnapping.
However, investigations indicate that it was not the first time the Cuban man was involved in violence against a woman.
In March 2024, he was arrested for domestic violence after an altercation with a woman identified as Ramos-Prieto.
It is unknown under what conditions he was released from prison.
