In Georgia, a state Trump narrowly lost in 2020 by just 12,000 votes, he now holds a 49% to 45% lead over Harris.

In North Carolina, the race is tighter, with Trump at 49% and Harris at 47%, reflecting a narrow margin.

The economy stands out as the top concern for voters in Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, according to the New York Times study.
Fifty-five percent of respondents believe Trump would handle the economy better, while 42% prefer Harris on this issue.
Other key topics, like abortion and immigration, tied as the second most important issues for voters in these states.
The poll shows that Trump leads among men and older voters in Arizona, while Harris has the edge among women and younger voters.
