A 911 call revealed a scene difficult to imagine. Inside the kitchen of an Olive Garden restaurant in Pennsylvania, a worker suffered an accident that ended in a fatal outcome.
The incident occurred on January 30, shortly after 4:00 p.m., at the restaurant located in Williamsport during regular service hours.
Authorities confirmed that the employee fell headfirst into an industrial deep fryer filled with boiling oil, causing severe burns.

“A male victim fell headfirst into the fryers,” one 911 operator said, according to audio reviewed by local media.
According to reports, the worker was in the kitchen when, suddenly, he removed his clothing and attempted to put himself into the fryer.

The act took place in front of coworkers and at least one customer, who tried to intervene but were unable to prevent the outcome.
