Maria Becerra tried to gloss over the remark, saying she was just telling Piqué where her concerts were.
Then Shakira’s ex said that he didn’t mean to offend anyone and apologized for his insensitive words, according to TV Notas.
“In this case, I was not and I did not want to be (disrespectful). Simply, I knew that she had a tour of Spain, I thought she was going to talk about the concerts in Spain,» he said.
«And she said Bolivia; So I said: f**k, Bolivia? Then they told her that she has a tour of Spain and that she can now announce it,” said Piqué.
