Argentine singer Cazzu spoke openly for the first time about the end of her relationship with Christian Nodal and the beginning of his romance with Ángela Aguilar.

During her arrival in Mexico for a series of performances, the artist was approached by the press about her ex’s recent public statements.

Without hesitation, she responded to everything — and made it clear that the story did not happen the way Nodal had described.

“He told me a day before the photos”

Christian Nodal previously claimed that he had informed Cazzu about his new relationship before it became public.

However, the singer explained that this wasn’t exactly true.

“He told me he was with someone exactly one day before the photos came out — but it wasn’t like I actually knew,” she said.

With that statement, Cazzu refuted Nodal’s version, in which he asserted that they had an open and honest conversation before he began his relationship with Ángela Aguilar.

“If someone is unfaithful, they’ll do it again” Cazzu states

Despite the controversy, Cazzu said she doesn’t see herself as a victim and isn’t emotionally affected. For her, infidelity is real — but not something that defines her or knocks her down.

“But honestly, I don’t care; if someone was unfaithful to me, it wouldn’t have been the first time — it’s not that dramatic,” she told reporters.

She also stressed that her personal values remain the same.

“I’m very loyal and I believe in loyalty. It would be nice if people didn’t do that to you, but in the end, we’re just reflections of many realities — and life goes on,” she added.

Hurt by the exposure of her private life

Although she said she feels calm, Cazzu admitted that one thing did deeply bother her — not Nodal’s new relationship or the media attention, but that he spoke publicly about intimate aspects of their shared life.

“When you have a long relationship, and certain things happen, you share so much — with each other’s families too — and I think that’s what hurt the most,” she said.

She added: “To feel that I shared so much intimacy with someone and then see it told in such a strange, distorted, and fragmented way — it confuses people.”

The mother of little Inti was clear in setting boundaries: “I would never talk about his family or anything related to his personal circle,” she affirmed.

Cazzu is moving forward without looking back

Despite everything, Cazzu said she’s entering a period of personal strength, according to El Diario NY.

She explained that she’s focusing on her career and motherhood, leaving past conflicts behind.

“I’m fine, and this isn’t the worst story that’s ever happened to anyone — I’m sure there are far worse stories,” she concluded.

Her message was clear: she’s at peace and won’t speak about the matter again, but she made sure to emphasize that the truth about what happened wasn’t exactly how it was told.
