The incident occurred on July 30 aboard Flight 708, which was parked at the gate at Orlando International Airport and scheduled to depart for San Diego.

The passenger was identified as Whitney Lynn, a 40-year-old evangelist from Orlando, who said she used the delay to share a brief religious message with fellow passengers.
According to her account, she spoke for less than a minute and told travelers that the delay could be part of God’s plan and might even be preventing a potential danger for those on board.
