The initiative seeks to help this community achieve the «American dream,» according to the Harris campaign.

Measures include reducing costs, increasing home ownership and expanding job opportunities.

Harris promises to eliminate degree requirements for federal jobs, benefiting 500,000 Latinos without a college degree.
