Ardi Ndembó had a perfect record

According to a report by Marca, boxer Ardi Ndembó faced Cuban Néstor Santana, ‘El Toro’, on April 5th in Miami, Florida.
Up to that point, ‘Iron’, as the African boxer was also known, had a record of 8 victories with no defeats.
As if it were an irony of fate, a knockout left him unconscious when he had defeated seven of his opponents in the same manner.
After being attended to in the ring, he was transported to a hospital in Miami, where he remained for three weeks.

«Boxing is a sport you grow up watching and loving, but it involves a lot of risk. Anyone can lose their life in boxing,» Jeff Mayweather commented, adding that he doesn’t believe it’s a bad sport, but rather a brutal one.
